Every 'Tini Tap System ships FREE. No minimums, no exceptions.

We offer free standard ground shipping on every 'Tini Tap System order within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.


'Tini Charger (CO2) Orders

'Tini Chargers are available for individual purchase and ship via standard ground only. Shipping costs for standalone 'Tini Charger orders are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.


Why Ground Shipping Only?

'Tini Chargers contain pressurized CO2, which is classified as a hazardous material under federal transportation regulations. Because of this, all orders containing CO2 cartridges must ship via ground carrier. We are unable to offer expedited air shipping on any order that includes 'Tini Chargers. We appreciate your understanding as this one isn't up to us.


Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, 'Tini Taps ships within the contiguous 48 United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Federal regulations prohibit air transport of CO2 cartridges, and ground service does not reach these destinations. We're working on expanding our reach so stay tuned.


Our Return Policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns and we want to be straightforward about why.

Your 'Tini Tap is a food-contact product. Once it has been used, we have no way to verify its condition, sanitize it to food-safe standards, or responsibly reintroduce it. For the safety of every customer, this policy is firm.

We know that's a firm line. Here's why we're comfortable standing behind it: we've built our guarantees specifically so that returns are never necessary. If something is wrong with your 'Tini Tap due to a manufacturing defect, our Lifetime Structural Guarantee and 2-Year Parts Guarantee cover you. We will assess every claim and make it right, which may mean a replacement part, a replacement unit, or another resolution depending on what we learn. Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the affected components immediately and email us at info@TiniTaps.com with the subject line: Shipping Damage. Include your order number and photos. We will make it right quickly.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product or are missing something from your order, contact us at info@TiniTaps.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll resolve it within 1–2 business days.
