The 'Tini Tank — Lifetime Structural Guarantee

Because a tank this good should last as long as you do.

Every 'Tini Tank, the double-wall insulated vessel at the heart of your 'Tini Tap system, is backed by our Lifetime Structural Guarantee. If your 'Tini Tank ever fails due to a manufacturing defect in the tank body or insulation system, we will replace it. No runaround. No hoops. Just reach out.

We offer this guarantee because we're confident in what we built. If we're wrong, we make it right. That's the deal.

What the Lifetime Guarantee covers:

•Failure of the double-wall vacuum insulation resulting in loss of temperature retention

•Structural defects in the tank body that affect function under normal use

•Seam or weld failures occurring under normal use conditions


What the Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

•Dents, scratches, dings, or finish wear resulting from drops, impacts, or regular outdoor use

•Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect, including freezing liquids inside the tank

•Cosmetic discoloration from UV exposure or prolonged contact with heavily pigmented beverages

•Loss or theft

Note: The 'Tini Tank is a powder-coated vessel built for real life. Minor cosmetic wear is a natural part of a well-loved keg and is not considered a defect. The Lifetime Structural Guarantee covers functional failures of the tank structure and insulation system only.

CO2 Regulator & Tap Mechanism — 2-Year Guarantee

Precision components. Backed with confidence.

The CO2 regulator and tap mechanism included with your 'Tini Tap are covered by our 2-Year Parts Guarantee. If either component fails due to a manufacturing defect within two years of your original purchase date, we will send you a replacement, no questions asked.

What the 2-Year Guarantee covers:

•CO2 regulator failure under normal operating conditions

•Tap mechanism defects that prevent proper flow or sealing under normal use

•Internal valve failures occurring without evidence of misuse or neglect

What the 2-Year Guarantee does not cover:

•Damage resulting from inadequate cleaning. The tap mechanism and regulator are precision components. Sugar residue, organic buildup, and beverage deposits cause corrosion and degradation over time. Regular cleaning per our Cleaning & Care guidelines is a condition of this guarantee. Damage attributable to cleaning neglect is not covered.

•Damage from using non-food-safe, non-threaded, or otherwise incompatible CO2 cartridges

•Regulator damage caused by over-tightening, improper installation, or physical force

•Normal wear on seals and O-rings after extended use. These are consumable items. Contact us at info@TiniTaps.com and we'll get you what you need.

•Damage caused by dropping, impact, or any external physical force

Important: Clean your tap mechanism after every use. It takes three minutes. Doing so protects your guarantee and keeps every pour tasting exactly the way it should.

Components Not Covered

The following are consumable or wear items and are not included under either guarantee:

•Hoses and tubing: Subject to wear from regular use and pressure cycling. Inspect periodically and replace as needed. Contact us at info@TiniTaps.com for replacements.

•'Tini Chargers (CO2 cartridges): Single-use consumables. Not covered.

•Tap handle: Cosmetic component. Not covered.

How to Make a Claim

We make this easy on purpose.

1. Email us at info@TiniTaps.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim.

2. Tell us what happened. A brief description of the issue and when it started is all we need.

3. Send a photo. A quick photo of the affected component helps us get you the right replacement faster.

4. We'll take it from there. If your claim is covered, we'll ship a replacement at no charge to you.

We respond to all warranty inquiries within 1–2 business days.

A Note on Care

Our guarantees are our promise to you and we stand behind them completely. That said, the best warranty claim is the one you never need to make. A quick clean after every use takes three minutes and is the single best thing you can do to extend the life of your 'Tini Tap system.

These guarantees apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required to process a claim. 'Tini Taps, LLC reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a reported defect is covered under these guarantees. In the event a covered component is discontinued or unavailable, 'Tini Taps may substitute a comparable replacement of equal or greater value. These guarantees provide you with specific legal rights; you may also have additional rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. 'Tini Taps, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure. Guarantees are void if the product has been modified, tampered with, damaged through neglect, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
